Fiesta Paper Creativa is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.
3. Order Approval
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before submitting payment.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible. If changes can be accommodated, additional fees may apply.

Full payment is required before production begins.

5. Production & Processing Times
Each item is handmade to order.
Production times vary depending on:

6. Shipping
Fiesta Paper Creativa, ships within the United States.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Weather conditions
Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
7. Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive instructions after their order is completed.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage limitations.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products:
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted on personalized products.
Cancellations may only be accepted before production begins.
Non-custom items may be eligible for return at our discretion.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, graphics, logos, website content, and branding created by Fiesta Paper Creativa remain our intellectual property.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, copy, or distribute our designs without written permission.
10. Character-Inspired Designs
Some products may be inspired by popular characters or themes requested by customers.
Fiesta Paper Creativa does not claim ownership of licensed characters, trademarks, or copyrights belonging to their respective owners.
Customers are paying for our creative design services and materials used to create custom handmade products.
11. Limitation of Liability
Fiesta Paper Creativa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
